Performance Marketing
Managing every channel against one measurable business outcome.
Performance marketing is not a channel — it is the way channels are managed together. Running Google, Meta, email and organic well in isolation is not enough; if you cannot see which channel prepares the ground for another, you will move budget to the wrong place. Here we tie every channel to a shared conversion goal, separate out each channel's contribution, and make weekly decisions from data. The focus is cost per sale and customer lifetime value, not impressions and clicks.
What We Offer
- Cross-channel budget allocation
- Management against cost per sale
- A weekly decision rhythm
- Channel contribution analysis
What's included in Performance Marketing?
Shared Objective
If every channel optimises its own metric, the total result degrades. We define one business goal and measure all channels against it.
Budget Allocation Model
Cross-channel budget is not fixed. Spend shifts weekly from channels with falling marginal return to those with rising return.
Funnel-Stage Builds
Awareness, consideration and purchase are built separately, each with its own message and its own success measure.
Unit Economics Tracking
Cost per sale, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value are tracked together. Unprofitable growth is not counted as growth.
Testing Calendar
A regular testing calendar covers creative, landing pages and offer structure, with the expected effect written down before each test.
Single-Panel Reporting
All channels merge into one report, replacing platform dashboards that double-count conversions with a single source of truth.
Frequently asked questions
What does this add beyond ad management?
Ad management improves one platform. Performance marketing makes the decisions between channels: where budget should go, which channel prepares another, where you stand overall. If you run a single channel, you do not need this.
Which channels does it cover?
It is built around the channels you already run: search and social advertising, organic traffic, email and marketplaces where relevant. Adding a new channel is a separate decision we recommend from data.
How long until results show?
Channel-level improvements appear within the first weeks, but cross-channel allocation decisions need a few months of data to become meaningful. We do not promise short-term miracles.
Will it conflict with our current agency?
It can. If another team runs ad operations, it is healthier to limit our role to the measurement and allocation layer. We recommend agreeing this at the outset.
