This privacy notice is prepared by WxDigitals, a sole proprietorship registered with the Ümraniye Tax Office under tax identification number 6560576690, acting as the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and applicable data protection regulations. We process the identity (first name, surname), contact (e-mail, telephone) and request content data you share with us through the contact form, e-mail or telephone. When you give newsletter consent, the date of that consent and your IP address are stored with the consent record, as we bear the burden of proving it.

While you use the site we also process data relating to transaction security. A visitor's browser and device information is not recorded in our database. All categories of processed data and their legal grounds are explained in the KVKK Disclosure Statement.

Your data is processed solely for responding to your requests, conducting proposal and contract processes, providing and improving our services, managing customer relations, measuring service quality and fulfilling our legal obligations.

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds of the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with our legal obligations, the establishment or exercise of a right, and our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms; and, where necessary, based on your explicit consent.

To the extent required by the service and with appropriate technical and administrative measures, your data may be shared with our infrastructure suppliers (hosting, email, analytics) and legally authorised public authorities. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some analytics and infrastructure services we use may host servers abroad. In such cases, data transfer is carried out within the conditions stipulated by the applicable law and under the necessary security measures.

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for the statutory limitation and retention periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Our site uses cookies and browser storage records for strictly necessary purposes such as remembering your language preference. Measurement and marketing tools are never loaded unless you give consent in the cookie banner.

Commercial electronic messages such as newsletters and campaign announcements are sent only with your prior consent, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. You may withdraw your consent at any time and without giving a reason, either through the link in the message or by writing to info@wxdigitals.com; opt-out requests are processed within three (3) business days at the latest. Operational notices sent to existing clients about a service under an active contract are not treated as commercial electronic messages.

Your data is transmitted over an SSL-encrypted connection and stored on systems protected against unauthorised access, loss and unlawful processing with appropriate technical and administrative measures. Access is limited to authorised personnel only, as required by the work.

If we determine that your personal data has been unlawfully obtained by others, we notify the data subject and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board as soon as possible, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK. Notification to the Board is made within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach.

Under applicable data protection law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, request rectification of incomplete or incorrect data, request erasure or destruction when conditions are met and that these actions be notified to third parties, object to outcomes arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.

You may submit requests regarding the rights above to kvkk@wxdigitals.com together with information identifying you. Your applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on their nature.
