These Terms of Use (Terms) apply to all users who visit or use the website operated by WxDigitals (the Business), a sole proprietorship registered with the Ümraniye Tax Office under tax identification number 6560576690. The Business's full identity and contact details are set out in the company details at the top of this page. By using the site, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, please do not use the site.

Business means WxDigitals, a sole proprietorship whose identity details appear in the company details at the top of this page; Site means the website owned by the Business; Content means all text, visuals, logos, designs, software and other materials on the site; User means any natural or legal person who uses the site in any way.

The site presents our web design, software development, SEO, digital marketing and related consultancy services. The information on the site is for general promotional purposes; the definitive offer, scope and terms are determined by a separate agreement to be signed by the parties.

Package, price and scope information published on the site is for information purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. What binds the parties is the written quotation or contract mutually accepted by them. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are in Turkish Lira and exclude VAT. The Business may update the prices and scope published on the site without prior notice; fees agreed under an active contract are not affected by such updates.

All content, design, trademarks, logos and software on the site belong to WxDigitals or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The User undertakes to use the site in accordance with applicable law and rules of good faith, to refrain from conduct that endangers site security, disrupts services or infringes the rights of third parties, and to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and current.

The site is provided as is. WxDigitals does not guarantee that the site will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site.

Events beyond the reasonable control of the parties — including natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, cyber attacks, outages caused by hosting or infrastructure providers, power and internet failures, and decisions of competent public authorities — are deemed force majeure. Failure to perform obligations during a force majeure event does not constitute default; the affected party notifies the other party without delay. If the impediment lasts longer than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the contract without paying compensation.

While reasonable care is taken to keep the information on the site current and accurate, no express or implied warranty is given as to its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
