Click Map
Where users click is visualised. Clicks on non-clickable elements reveal the most common design mistake of all.
Scroll Depth
We measure the point where you lose half your visitors — critical content needs to move above that line.
Session Recording
Real sessions are reviewed, making form friction, repeated clicking and aimless navigation visible.
Mobile and Desktop Split
Behaviour from the two device groups is never blended, because most problems appear on only one side.
Form Analysis
We measure which field makes users abandon the form. A single unnecessary field can noticeably reduce conversion.
Actionable Reporting
Each finding records the observation, the likely cause and the recommended change, ordered so the highest-impact fix comes first.
Frequently asked questions
Will it slow down our site?
The tracking script does add weight, which is why we install it only on the critical pages under analysis and remove it when the study ends.
What about user privacy?
Form fields and personal data are masked in recordings; password and payment fields are never captured. Setup aligns with consent management.
How much data is needed?
A few hundred sessions per page is usually enough for meaningful interpretation. On low-traffic pages that can take weeks, and waiting is the right call.
Do you implement the findings?
The report is included. We can handle implementation if you want, or your own team can — either way the report is written clearly enough to act on.
