For the Patnos Medya (patnosmedya.com) project, comprehensive foundational SEO and optimization efforts were completed with the aim of increasing the visibility of the portal—which features a high volume of news—in search engines, reducing server and page load times, and achieving lasting success in organic search rankings.

Work Performed as Part of the Project:

• Technical SEO Audit & Improvements: The sitemap (sitemap.xml), robots.txt configuration, canonical tags, and broken link checks were fully optimized.

• Core Web Vitals & Speed Optimization: Page load times were significantly accelerated through image compression (WebP conversions), caching mechanisms, and code minification (CSS/JS).

• On-Page SEO Architecture: News headlines, meta descriptions, H tag hierarchy, and rich media optimizations have been made compliant with Google News and search standards.

• Indexing & Crawl Budget Optimization: Crawl budget adjustments were made to enable search engine bots to crawl the site more quickly and efficiently.

Challenge

On a news portal with a heavy flow of visual and news content, to achieve fast page load times without consuming server resources and to ensure that news articles are instantly crawled by search engines and indexed at the top of search results.

Solution

Technical SEO issues were resolved, and site performance was improved through image and cache optimization; the news hierarchy and schema structures were restructured to comply with Google standards.

Result

Significant improvements were achieved in page load speeds and Core Web Vitals metrics. The time it takes for news articles to be indexed was reduced, and organic ranking gains were achieved for both regional and general keywords.
